Q. Thanks for the answer about the bridge with two implants with a false tooth on each side of. Would it make a difference if a very permanent cement was used. I don’t like the idea of them coming loose even though no damage is done to implants – it’d still be a traumatic experience worse than just a gumsy smile with the steel looking rods showing. Would do you think?
