Would it be best to replace my missing tooth with a false tooth at a private dentist?

Q. I had my front top crown and root knocked out by a dog 12 weeks ago, there was a splint put on and it has now been removed. I feel the crown tender and there is slight movement, would i be better replacing it with a false tooth as i cannot have a bridge as the one next to it is also a crown. Also do you think i would be better off going private rather than NHS (would they make a better job of the work privately. Thanks,
A. If you loose the tooth your options are a dental implant a bridge or a denture. Implants are not available on the NHS. You would get a better cosmetic result privately as you would have more choice of different ceramics we use.
