Would I be eligible for help with costs of implants?

Q. hi i only got 5 top teeth yet i only have 3 missing from the bottom. i have never had my top teeth and have gaps between the ones i do have. would i be eligible for help with costs towards implants as im having great difficulty with eating. in the past an nhs dentist supplied me with a set of false teeth on a plate however i have never been able to tolerate it in my mouth as it makes me sick, and spit when i talk.,
A. I’m afraid implants are not available on the NHS, your best option might be to spread the cost over 12-24 months with a payment plan.

hi i’m 43 and had to have all my teeth out when i was 38 due to the gum infection while i was carrying my baby i did start getting tretment but the dentist did a moon light flit took all records cleared the place out, i started seeing another dentist but thay didnt do much for me. a while after we moved 56 miles away and i joined another dentist but yet again thay started work on them but by this time all my teeth were lose and my gums were getting lower so in the end i had to have them all removed. i have had 2 sets of teeth made but thay are 2 big for my mouth the dentist said i had a small one. over time my love life as gone down hill as i carnt kiss, i’m very depressed i dont smile,i carnt go out and eat, i dont have photos taken i’v also been asked have i got my bus pass by the driver also my daughters friends have said to her at home time (i see your nan as come to pick u up). i belive the dentist is responsible for me not having teeth,if i didnt have to wait to get on the dentist list’s which can take months i think i would still have my teeth, when i tryed my teeth i couldnt talk i couldnt eat i couldnt drink so i didnt bother with them. i’m hoping someone will help me.i sometimes look in the mirror and see my grandma thats not surpose to happen at my age. thank you for reading this
