Q. Dear Dr Tennet, when I was younger my dentist filed down my canine teeth (lord knows why but I was around 8 at the time and didn’t think to ask) and now I am left with what can only be described as flat canines. You have probably been asked this question a few times by various people but would it be possible to get veneers or similar in a fang esque shape? Not anything ridiculous or enormous but still something a little out of the ordinary. I would ask my regular dentist but I have a feeling he may judge me too prematurely!
