Would I be able to get the NHS to pay half on bridge implants and I pay the other half?

Q. I start a full mouth restauration a year ago.I had all the extraction done on upper and lower jaw ,been healed already with four teeths on upper jaw who require crowns and for teeths on lower jaw who are good.I manage to have 6 implants on my upper jaw but unfortunatly the circumstances change so I get stuck in the midle with an inapropiate temporary bridge on upper jaw and nothing on the lower jaw and I m on incapacity benefit right now and have HC2 certificate as well. What i wanna know if is possible to have at least upper jaw fixed on NHS with bridge on implants taking in consideration i will need 6 abutments as well .I know they are not suported by Nhs,but i would like to know an idea about how much it will cost me .I cant have any finance because of a bad credit but I can’t aford to pay some money montly. It is possible to get cover the amount from NHS and pay some as well?,
A. I dont think this is possible, you could speak to your NHS dentist and see what options are available. You could find a dental teaching hospital and see if they would treat you. Sorry I cant be of more help. Let me know how you get on.

Hi my boyfriend has had his 2 front teeth knocked out playing sports. He is a full time mature student at present and has no savings so feels his only option affordable to him would be to get dentures. Is it true that he can apply for a hc2 certificate which would pay for NHS dental care? Would this cover anything towards dental implants? If not then do any dentists offer affordable and realistic (for that individual) treatment plans over a period of time, even when the treatment is complete?

Hi I have recently just had 9 teeth removed and have got temporary dentures until i get implants in a few months. The reason i have had to have my teeth removed is because they are still my baby teeth as i only have a few adult teeth and they were becoming loose. This is something that i have always known and new something would have to be done eventually but wasn’t sure what would be done. This is a rare problem i believe and both me and my 2 sisters have this problem, but due to them being a bit younger than me they still have there teeth. Due to this problem is there any way that i can get the implants done on the nhs. Thanks

Hi, I am 28 and is born weak teeth – as an result my teeth are a real mess. My teeth are naterally are a brown like colour where the back teeth are full of black fillings. I have a missing tooth at the back and another 2 teeth at the back are due to come out. My teeth has an very profound psychological impact on me, my confidence is so crushed that often I feel dizzy and wanting to go mad. My question is, can I get cosmetic dental treatment on the NHS on the exception if it causes profound psychological destress? There is no chance of me to afford thousands of pounds, I couldbe waiting years and its really important to me to have nice teeth during my youth. To be honest I prefer to have my teeth ripped out and to have dentures instead, I would gladly rip them out myself to have dentures paid by the NHS.
