Would I be able to get my teeth fixed on the NHS without braces?

Q.
Hi there. I’m a 17 year old student and I was wondering if I’m able to get my teeth fixed on the NHS without having to have braces? Nearly all of my teeth are un-straight and out of place, my two front teeth are longer than the rest and I have two at the top on either side right at the back that have grown where they shouldn’t have.

I would guess if you want NHS treatment you’ll probably be only offered a brace. You’ll have to pay when you’re 18 though
