Would Bonding And Veneers Be My Best Options For Filling The Gaps?

Q.
I have a 2 mm gap between my front teeth and then less than 1 mm on either side of that, everything else is straight and normal. What would be the best treatment in this case? I don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on braces or Invisalign for something so small. I read something about bonding and veneers, but I’m not sure if those are real options. I’m not an expert though, I’m sure you’ve had more patients in my position. So if you could offer any advice then that would be truly appreciated. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank You!

Hello there! Thanks so much for your question, with small gaps it is not always clear what you should do, especially if I cannot see your mouth. By the sounds of it though, Bonding could be the ideal option for you, subject to an assessment for suitability of course. This would also be the most cost effective option in most cases. Porcelain veneers could also be an excellent choice but they tend to be more expensive than bonding. There may also be some cost effective orthodontic treatments that might work for you , but that would depend on the cause of the gaps. I’d seek out a cosmetic dentist near you and have an examination and ask advice.
