would an implant promote bone growth
Q. Hello. I was thinking about the possibility of an implant to replace my very back upper molar which was removed about a year ago. Is this too late to stop the bones from receeding further or would the implant possibly promote bone growth?. Many thanks.
A. Hi many thanks for your enquiry, the implant wont promote bone growth, but it will maintain the remaining bone levels. hope this is helpful.
