Will teeth move naturally to correct position?

Q. I’m 24 years old and I haven’t been to the dentist since I has 21 and now I’m going to the orthadontist my two front teeth over lap and my back bottom teeth do not match my back top teeth on either side but my dentist never said that I needed braces so I’m wondering if my teeth can change in 2 years and if you can tell me your opinion thank you,
