Will My Wisdom Teeth Close The Widening Gap Between My Front Teeth?

Q.
I have a gap between my top front two teeth, over the past years I have noticed that it has increased. I am worried that it may carry on increasing and widen the gap. I do not like it at all and it’s worrying me as I’m noticing myself becoming less confident in social situations which is a big no-no as I love seeing friends. My wisdom teeth has started coming out at the bottom but not the top. Am not sure if my wisdom teeth will decrease the gap or make it worse. However if I wanted to get it treated how much would it cost and which treatment would be best for me.
Thank you.

Hello

Thank you for your question.

It is very difficult to answer your question without seeing you. However, It is possible that your wisdom teeth with make the gap between your teeth narrower. That having been said though. it is best to see your dentist and perhaps to have x-rays to ascertain whether this will be the case for you. There are also aligners that may help.

I would visit your dentist to let them help you to decide the best course of action.
