Will dental implants fill out my face again?

Q. I have facial sagging due to loss of all lower back molars going back a no of years (9 teeth in a row in front)I cannot afford implants just now & have been told I would need bone grafting to that area due to shrinkage of bone, my current dentist is supplying a partial denture to help with bite meeting upper teeth. Will future implants “fill out” my face again? I am still considered a very attractive woman for my age-41 but don’t feel confident in self.,
A. The implants will really stop the bone shrinking back further rather than fill out your face. A denture won’t stop the bone shrinking back as only implants stimulate the bone reduce further bone reduction.
