Will a premolar extraction change my facial aesthetics?

I am 26 years old and I am going for premolar extraction as my teeth are protruded. does the premolar extraction will change my face aesthetics ?If yes, will it be positive or negative? And also my gums are healthy but is it important to visit periodontal before visiting orthodontist? Please help me!!

I always recommend seeing the hygienist every 3 to 6 months routinely. It would be good to see one before the braces are put on.
Unfortunately it is impossible for me to say if premolar extraction will change facial aesthetics as i have not examined your mouth or looked at your ceph xray. I would recommend you consult with your orthodontist if you have any concerns.
