Why are my teeth growing on top of each other?

Q. Oh my god i really cant take it anymore!!!!!! my teeth are growing on top of eachother and its really unattractive. why is it doing that? how can i get them fixed? also i have a weird white mark on my front tooth what is it? please hurry

A. This is a natural process that sometimes takes time for the baby teeth to be lost.
