Which method is better a normal attached bridge or a Maryland bridge

Q. I lost a tooth in the front bottom to an injury the tooth want initially knocked out but became loose and was infected. The dentist pulled the tooth. I went to consult with a surgeon who said I didn’t have enough bone for an implant or even a bone graft. The x-ray revealed that the bone on either side of the tool closest to the socket has little bone. The bone around on the other side of the abutment teeth is normal. Which method is better a normal attached bridge or a Maryland bridge?

A. A maryland bridge would avoid the need to drill down tooth tissue but isn’t as strong as a normal bridge. It might be worth another opinion as it is very unusual not to be able to place a bone graft to rebuild the bone.
