Which are the best brand of dental implants available ?

Q. What are the best implants available at the moment (The producer)? I

A.Dear I,

This is a difficult question to answer as there are so many brands available. Branemark was the first implant on the market to show considerable success. Since then a large number of other manufacturers have come onto the market. It is down to the individual dentist placing the implants to decide which implant system they have most success with. In my practice we use Straumann but there are many Dentists who have similar success with other makes. The systems are evolving year by year producing long lasting aesthetic solutions to many patints problems.
