Q. I have just had a new gold crown fitted to an upper molar (1st tooth on top) and I have a problem when my teeth are together when it touches and slides to the next opposite tooth and causes a sharp pain from touching the filling on the opposite tooth.
A. I would recommend you see the dentist who fitted the crown, as pain should not be occurring.
