What treatments can I get through the NHS in regards to my particular case?

Q. Hi, I just got back from the dentist who has checked my two front teeth which were very wobbly but still in place. They were put back in when i lost them as a teenager but they recently became loose again. After doing the X-Rays, she has told me that the crowns have come away from the roots. She did explain some of the options available to me but she spoke very fast! Implants were one option but they seem really expensive and I’m not really in a position to be able to afford them. The other option she gave me was getting a bridge but suggested that the ‘adhesive’ option wouldn’t be available due to my second teeth being too small which is what is available on the NHS. I’m still not convinced by that. Perhaps just cynicism around dental fvees, (no offence) I don’t know. I’m now struggling to locate exactly what i can get on the NHS and what i would be able to afford. Any information would be useful,
A. implants aren’t available on the NHS and only some bridges. What’s available is dependent on the dentist you see. It might be worth considering an adhesive bridge as a long-term provisional bridge in case you are in a position to place implants in the future
