Q. I was having pain in my only tooth with a root canal and a crown, had it xrayed by my dentist and was told I had a crack through the root canal tooth and would need it removed and a bridge applied, what would happen if I did nothing with this tooth, I have always favored it, and it doesn’t seem to bother me too much now (only with a sinus infection I had).
