What treatment can i get for recurring overbite?

Q. I had braces,wich straightened my teeth & fixed overbite/buck teeth, when I was 13-15yrs. I am now 32, and my top-front teeth are slowing looking buck-tooth again ; also by bottom jaw as moved back (just like before I got braces) so that it looks like my chin is disappearing. What are my options for correcting these issue, and what is the approximate cost?,
A. Relapse of orthodontic cases is common and is usually treated with new ortho followed by fixed retainers. Our usual fee for this is £3300
