what teeth whitening would you reccomend

Q. Hi there, I want to get my teeth whitened and have discovered there are a few options. Zoom whitening followed by teeth whitening trays at home or my own dentist suggested that I just use teeth whitening trays with solution at home voco whitening system. My teeth aren’t that bad but I would like them to look better. What do you recommend?

A. hi many thanks for your enquiry. there are many whitening treatments on the market so it can be very confusing, the laser systems such as zoom do a good job but work as a boost but still in my experiance require a home kit. the option i think works the best is a particular home treatment called enlighten, which is a deep whitening treatment which works over 14 consecutive nights of treatment, followed by a one hour in surgery treatment. this in my experiance gives the best whitening results i have ever seen. hope this is helpful.
