What sort of dentures are available at NHS?

Q. Hi I have recently been to my dentist and have been told I need an extraction and a denture put in its place. I have been charged £198 on the NHS for this. My question is what sort of denture will I be receiving? I was very nervous and too embarrassed to ask at the time. It is just one of the lower front teeth that needs replacing. I hope you can help.

A. I guess it is a partial acrylic denture but you need to ask your dentist when you see him next
