What Should My Son Do About His Mid-line Shift?

Q.
Which treatment is best and cheapest for my son he is 16 years old and had NHS orthodontist treatment 6 years ago. He stopped wearing his retainers four years ago. Now his wisdom teeth are coming through he has a mid-line shift of top front teeth going to the right,
Before the orthodontist treatment 6 years ago we had to have a tooth removed on the top right side due to overcrowding, I feel this has caused the mid line shift as x-ray has been taken and he has the extra tooth on the left side plus the wisdom teeth which are coming through and pushing the whole line off teeth to the right.
I would appreciate any advise you can give thank you.

He’ll need either a fixed brace again or maybe Invisalign to correct the problem. The fixed brace might work best however he may need a tooth removing on the opposite side to correct the shift.
