Possible problems are pain, swelling, gum problems , teeth becoming loose, teeth breaking, abscesses, swelling, to name but a few. Try to get some treatment , even if it’s very basic to sort out your health issues as soon as possible. Being in the UK I can’t comment on how to get treatment in the US
