What Options do I Have to Replace my Partial Denture?

Q.
I’ve just had an old bridge removed as it kept getting infected so I’ve now got a partial denture to replace the three missing teeth. It is already annoying me and giving me headaches. I just can’t wait to get it out of my mouth. It’s the left front tooth then the two next to it. I do have other teeth at both sides but the strain from the denture on my other front tooth is worrying me as it aches when I take the denture out. Could you advise me on what options I have and the cost?
A.
Thank you for your question. Your options are: a) Do nothing and accept it. b) Have a new denture placed, c) Have a resin bonded bridge placed. d) Get fixed conventional bridge implants.  Please go and see an experienced and respected dentist for an examination, diagnosis and treatment option consultation.  Costs are very much dependent on quality, expected results, exact treatment choice, experience and skill of the treating dentist(s) and dental technician.  Regards, Mark.
