A. hi well done with the photos. i would advise ortho and some cosmetic dentistry. it would seem from the photos that the lower jaw juts in front of upper although you may just be posturing. the peg can be fixed with composite or a veneer i would advise if you just want them straight without correction of jaw discrepancy look at 6 month smile or invisalign if you want the perfect result and correction of jaw discrepancy if any treatment time will be at least 18 months with fixed braces to move lower jaw teeth back and straighten upper teeth in front of lowers.
