Q. Hi, I would like to have implants for my full upper and lower jaw. I have been reluctant to show a smile since 16yo shortly I completed 5 years of braces (with headgear) and the results were a jaw and smile worse than before it started. I have had some extractions, and another 2 are starting to decay, so i feel it may be the right time now. I have seen the results of full jaw implants in USA and was told they were about £5000? How much does a complete mouth cost? Is it better/cheaper going abroad, in which case where would you recommend. Is there any help you can give on what to look for? Many thanks for your help.
