Q. Please can you give me an approximate price for screw in dentures…also is the procedure carried out as soon as my old teeth are removed
A. In my practice I like to remove the teeth and fit the implant retained teeth at the same time as I use the Anklos implant. The Ankylos implant is a very good implant for immedaite placement so choose your surgeon carefully as some dentists prefer to leave you with a full denture for a few months before placing the implants. The cost vary from around £4000 for a removable denture held with implants to £12,000 for fixed teeth.
I have only 5 teeth remaing in my upper mouth these are all crowns which are now receeding above the gum line. I wear a plate for the missing teeth i have tried the normal nhs plate and i have also had a flexi plate , I can not get on with either of these as they are not comfortable and i hate having so much plastic in my mouth. I would like to have the remaing 5 teeth removed and a fixed denuture fitted at the same time. I am 45 years old. Please could u give me an approximate price for this work. Thankyou

hi i have weak gums is it still possiable for me to have screw implants retained detures
I would like my remaining teeth took out at the front all8 of them and have fixed dentures as I cancope with bottom dentures I just cant cope with upper dentures they make me rretch.how much please? I am 60years old.
