what is the difference between having root canal treatment in nhs way and the private way

Q. Please can you tell me about root canal treatment what is the difference between the nhs way and the private way. i have been told on the nhs a gap is left between the root and the nerve where infection could reoccur but if done privately no gap is left and the root is completely filled is this correct

A. I dont think that is true. Whether you have treatent under the NHS or privately the best possible treatment will be given.  Privately your dentist is able to use more advanced expensive matrials and technologies that can help save your tooth.  Your dentist will also be able to spend more time trying to save your tooth.
