Q. hi i just have a question about the chromium cobalt partial denture. someone told me is bether then acrilic denture so can u please tell what is this what is the diference between this two dentures, thanks 

A. Cobalt chrome dentures are much stronger and generally fit much better, they are also less likely to break.  They can also be attached to your existing teeth to stop them moving around.  Making thes dentures is much more complicated so is reflected in the cost.
