What is the diffeence between Invislaign and clear retainers
Q. What’s the difference between the invisible braces and the clear retainers worn by my daughter at night, after she had the traditional ‘train tracks’ metal braces removed?
A. Invisible braces are made from the same material as your daughters retainer. A retainer is fit so that the teeth stay in place after movement by braces. The Invisalign invisible brace is fabricated to put a certain amount of pressure on the teeth so that they move. invisalign braces are changed a few times throughout treatment so that different forces can be put on teeth to move them into the right postion.
I hope this answers your question
