what is the best way of removing invisalign and putting them on again?

Q. Hi, I’ve just had my first set of invisalign a day ago. What is best way of removing them and putting them on again? I find they hurt when I take them off (not too bad when I put them back on). Can you also, drink tea (with no sugar) with the aligners on? Thanks

A. You just have to find an edge and pull them off with 2 fingers. They may stain if you drink tea with them but it won’t do any harm.
