Q. hi what is the best managment for patient with swelling on face due to abscess on molars is it ok to give antiboitics for 5 days then after swelling subside do the drainage and rct or extraction
A. Yes thats exactly what I would do except if you can get drainage earlier, perhaps through the tooth the antibiotics wil work quicker
