What is an alternative to false teeth and dental bridges?

Q.
i have recently lost a front tooth through a nerve and root disintagrating is there a altenative to a false tooth or bridge or tooth implants as i have been to my dentist to day and he as offered me something different to a bridge that i will have to have re-done every three years?
A.
That might be an adhesive bridge, they don’t last as long but won’t need the teeth drilling down like a conventional bridge. In most cases an implant supported tooth is best in the long-term, perhaps you should ask your dentist about that too

Possibly but you would need a full scan of the bone to measure the amount for implants if that is what you would ideally like
