what is a temporary solution as my veneer has come off

Q. Please could you offer me a temporary solution as my veneer has come off one of my front teeth.

A. In a complete emergency if you can not get to a dentist, denture fixatives available from chemists could act as a temporary glue.  DO NOT USE SUPERGLUE.
