Dear Enquirer,
First of all, there is no need to worry or fear going to a dentist, it is absolutely a must for everyone to have regular check ups where we can examine your teeth, gums and soft tisuues in and around your mouth as well as check for any abnomalities.
A hole in your teeth normally means you have a cavity/decay which has reached the inner/soft part. If it is not treated, this will get larger until it eventually invades the nerve tissue at which point you may need to have it extracted. If treated early, it’s a simple process and a filling will need to be placed into the hole, once thedescay is removed.
Bleeding gums and bad breath is a sure sign that you also have gum disease, either gingivitis (early gum disease) or periodontal disease.
In summary, you’re showing symptoms of dental decay and gum disease and should book an appointment with a dentist immediately.
