What does disinagrating root mean and how would it be fixed?
Q. I took my 2 and half year old daughter to a pediatric dentist. she has bad tooth pain in her front 2 teeth. They x-rayed them and found no cavities. They did say she had a small cut on the backside of her front 2 teeth which could causing the pain in the teeth. He also said from the xray it looked like she had a disinagrating root? what does this mean and how would they fix it???
A. I am afraid it is very difficult to gauge the diagnosis from your description, it maybe best to simply ask this question of the paediatric dentist who saw your daughter I am sure they would be more than happy to give you a full explanation, if not, then perhaps book a second opinion with another dentist.
