What do you advise I do about a cracked titanium implant?

I e mailed you some weeks ago regarding a cracked titanium implant and your suggestions . I received an acknowledgement but no further details . could you please contact me with your advice The tooth and screw have broken off.It is 8 years since fitted

The screw can be extremely difficult to remove but this is what is required. Provided your implant is not fractured your dentist should then be able to give you back a new tooth
