What can you suggest for someone who needs braces, has very little money and cannot recieve them on the NHS?

Q.
I have a number of problems with my teeth, I have a tooth that is set back from the rest of my teeth and my top teeth overlap my bottom teeth. I feel that I need braces or some form of teeth straightening. The issue is that I am 24, nearly 25 years old so I would probably have to pay for treatment and as I am currently in reciept of benefits I wouldn’t be able to afford. I am desperate to have my teeth straightened though as they have affected my confidence for most of my life. Please could you give me some advice?

Its very difficult when you need cosmetic treatment as it isn’t available on the NHS. It probably best to wait till you have the money to pay for the most suitable treatment rather than waste it on the teeth being patched up

Hi there. I’m 20 years old and feel I need a brace. I’m looking for the quickest, cheapest option that gets the best results. What do you suggest? Do you yourself carry out the treatment and if so how much do you charge? I’m on a low wage with me only being employed part time so do you know if the NHS will pay for me? Or if there are any part finance options etc? How can it be made affordable for me? Thanks
