What can I do to fix a chipped tooth and discolouration?

Q.
well, i have not know how long its been for but of recent girls have been complaning of my front chipped/broken tooth. its not much but it’s quite obvious. i have been asked to have it fixed and i want to know how much it cost to fix it. its not due to decay or infections. seems i have always had it (at least for the last 10years)… also i want to know what i can do to clean my teeth. plaque formations and even green colouring in two of my lower teeth. what can i do about it from home and medically..thanks
A.
Dear Enquirer,
You really do need to go and seek professional help for your gums and your chipped teeth as home treatment will not help you.
The chipped teeth may be able to be fixed with a filling material if they are small or they may require more extensive work using porcealin crowns.
Your ‘green’ colouration on your teeth requires urgent attention froma dentist/hygienist.
