What Can I Do If My Tooth Won’t Stay In Place?

Q.
Hi

I paid for the Inman aligned through a local private dentist which pushed my top front teeth into place. My top tooth has move out of place again and I don’t know what to do about it. I am considering a veneer instead perhaps. Would this be appropriate? I went through the long course of wearing the aligned so I don’t want to go through this again but the one tooth appears to be stubborn and wont stay in place… This seems like the treatment was a waste now which is frustrating. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Many thanks.

Hello, thank you very much for your question. When it comes to orthodontics, one of the most crucial parts is aftercare. This means wearing a retainer in most cases so that the work is not undone a little while down the line.  The Inman aligner should push it back relatively quickly , but this time once it does make sure you get a retainer to hold it in position .
I definitely don’t recommend a veneer when you have a no drill solution.
