What can be done to fix me front teeth, which keeping coming forward?

Q. Im a female of 32. My two front teeth keep coming forward, i did not use braces as a teenager since it was not that visible, but now its very visible. Pls. help me on why this happens and can this be stopped?,
A. Teeth can sometimes move on their own acord with age, gum problems, smoking etc. The teeth can be aligned/corrected again with the use of braces. There are several different types of braces available- some fixed/removable and some more discreet than others. If this is a big concern to you, then I would stress your concerns with your dentist.
