I had a root canal treatment done 4 years back on a last molar on the right side of my lower jaw, and due to it not being crowned, the tooth above the gumline fell off, now all the remains are some tiny bits of tooth above the gumline and gutta percha filled roots. Can this tooth be restored by post and core or by pivotal crown? If I don't want to extract the root, what options can be considered to restore the tooth?
