A. I just need to let you know that other treatment- apart from crowns/veneers etc will not change the overall shape or size of your teeth. Orthodontic will align your teeth- and if your other teeth are set back quite a lot, then this will make the front teteh appear longer and bigger when they’re actually in proportion- it just looks this way.You do need to remember that you will need to wear a retainer at the end of your treatment to stop the eeth from moving back again- like it has done before. I recommend that you see a cosmetic dentist to discuss options and prices- as it all ranges.
