veneers for tetracycline stained teeth

Q. Hi, Im a 45 yr old male with tetracycline stained teeth. I have tried various professional bleaching systems with Dr Qureshi but my teeth quickly become ultra sensitive and painful. Dentists have advised me not to have veneers as my teeth are otherwise in good condition. Are there any alternatives ? The discolouration makes me extremley unhappy.
