Q. TWO WEEKS AGO I HAD TEETH WHITENING COMPLETED WITH THE LASER TREATMENT. THIS WAS DONE AT A LEISURE CENTRE BY A MOBILE TECHNICIAN. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS AS THE TEETH APPEAR PATCHY AND SHE IS GOING TO RE-DO THEM AGAIN ON TUESDAY. AS IT WAS NOT COMPLETED IN A SURGERY I AM WORRIED THAT SHE DOES NOT HAVE THE RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS TO COMPLETE THIS WORK AND WOULD IT DAMAGE MY TEETH TO HAVE THIS TREATMENT SO SOON AFTER THE INTITIAL TREATMENT? DO YOU RECOMMEND THAT I GET A FULL REFUND AND ATTEND A DENTAL SURGERY? REGARDS

Only qualified dentists should carry out whitening procedures.  You will need to discuss  with the person who carried out the treatment the result you want to achieve but check fist of all that they have dental qualifications.
