There is black on the gums and bottom of the front tooth, what could be the cause?

my friend has noticed some black around his front tooth it hurts as well we thought it could b his gums but wehav now noticed dark n the bottom of his tooth is he loosing this

It is impossible to say. If it is hurting, something is wrong and I would advice to see a dentist to diagnose the problem.

My gums have receded quite badly, I had an eating disorder for more than 10 years and in that time I cleaned my teeth excessively which lead to a slight recession. Unfortunately I had a gum disease which was quite difficult to get under control and after all the treatment my gums receded further. My teeth are strongand none of them feel lose. I am only 34 and would like to know what/if anything can be done. Thank you for getting back to me.

Could you give me some ideas of prices and treatmeant you could provide forme, about 2 years ago i brushed my teeth to hard and my gums in my front 2bottom teeth was pushed down. Now if i wobble my teeth they move very slightly, is there any treatmeant you could provide for this? Many thanks
