Q. The top surface of my two middle bottom teeth are starting to wear away. What is the best solution for this from a cosmetic point of view, i go regularly to the dentist and he has never said anything about it, so I dont know if it is a problem I should be concerned about, it may be due to teeth grinding? Also the last time I went to the dentist and had a clean and he said it removed some of the enamel at the bottom inside of my middle lower teeth, this area has now never felt quite right since this, leaving a rough feeling – is there anything I can get done about this.
