Q. The right hand side of my top teeth show more gum than the left. The problem i have is the tooth next to the front tooth is capped and shows a lot more gum at the top. It really stands out. i would like a better cap and do you think you would be abe to do anything about the gum area there? Thankyou
A. I guess from your description you will need the crown replaced and maybe some gum recontouring. It is sometimes possible to build up the gum around the tooth with the recession or trim some gum from the adjacent teeth.
