Q. the left handside of my two front teeth i have a crown with a big gap beside it. because no big teeth ever grew in there and i dont like the crown that i have got. come to think of it i dont actually like my teeth atall when i was e wee boy i didnt really brush my teeth and now i regret as i am 18 now and no confidence to smile. what can i do about this please.

A. I recommend that you book a consultation with a cosmetic dentist to assess your teeth and to tell you what can be done for you. You should keep in mind that if you have any sort od Cosmetic work placed, that you would need to improve your oral hygiene by brushing and flossing twice per day and seeing a hygienist regularly.
