the bone underneath my veneer is to small

Q. My dentist told me the bone underneath my veneer is to small and there is no other way to correct this but to pull the tooth. Is there any other way to keep my veneer

I am sorry but I dont understand the question. Under the veneer is tooth substance , not bone.
